Serving Alexandria, Virginia
Epoxy flooring in Alexandria is served from Woodbridge on planned northern runs: Old Town storefronts, Del Ray garages, and older basements, all with the same grinding, repair, and moisture discipline.
Alexandria layers its centuries close together. Brick rowhouses near the Potomac waterfront sit a short drive from mid century neighborhoods, and the concrete under all of them carries river town humidity and old city wear. We travel up from Woodbridge to coat that concrete for owners who keep the rest of the property to a matching standard.
In Old Town and Del Ray, the garage is often the hardest working small room in the house, and a sealed floor turns oil shadowed storage into space that reads as cared for. Below grade, Alexandria’s older foundations meet river plain ground water, so our readings come first and mitigation is priced openly where the numbers ask for it.
Many of these garages tuck under the house or open off rear alleys, spaces a century of use has worn honest. Sealing them stops the dust and staining cycle at the source, and the tight footprint gains a room: everything stored there finally sits on a surface that sweeps clean in minutes.
The residential work Alexandria calls for most: Garage Epoxy FlooringBasement Epoxy FlooringMetallic Epoxy Flooring, each scoped after a slab visit.
On King Street and the Duke Street corridors, a shop floor is part of the welcome, and a kitchen floor is part of the close. Our retail and restaurant systems are phased around trading and service hours, so an Alexandria business gains the floor without surrendering its evenings to get it.
Old Town retail floor: old coating ground off a century old slab, silver metallic poured across two overnight sessions so the shop never lost a trading day.
Alexandria projects begin with a slab visit scheduled around city parking and alley access, planned with you in advance on our northern run days. You receive the written scope and figure after that visit, and most residential floors turn around inside a week of the start date.
At the visit itself, expect measurements, moisture readings where the space sits below grade, and samples judged in your light rather than ours. We photograph the slab, note the repairs it needs, and explain the preparation sequence out loud, so nothing in the written scope arrives as a surprise.
Alexandria’s first question is whether concrete this old deserves a modern system at all. Ground back to sound material, the answer these slabs keep giving is yes, and the finished floors under Old Town and Del Ray keep agreeing. Access is the second question, alleys and under house garages being what they are, and both questions are settled at the survey, in writing, before finishes enter the conversation.
Tell us the space and we will schedule the slab visit.
Tell us about your floor. We reply with the published range for that work and the next step.
